Registration of New Suppliers

(Pharmaceutical and Non-Pharmaceutical Medical Supplies)

All suppliers wishing to provide these items to our client, the Ministry of Health are required to register with NIPDEC. Please note: Firms that were registered for the 2005/2006 tender should not re-apply.

Completed documents must be submitted to NIPDEC in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:

There is a non-refundable Application Fee of TT$300 which must be paid at any First Citizens Bank – Account No. 1448112, upon submission of the completed document. Upon acceptance by NIPDEC, the firm will be furnished with full internet access to Comparative Bids and Awards.

Only firms that are registered with NIPDEC will be eligible to participate in the tender process.

Any interested eligible Tenderer may obtain a complete Tender Package at the Procurement Agent’s Head Office 56-60, St. Vincent Street, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, WI, upon payment of the non-refundable Registration Costs stated below at any First Citizens Bank – Account No. 1448112.
